Working in an enterprise and critical-infrastructure environment, I supported network operations, onsite technical checks and security activities across field sites and internal systems.

Maintained network topology records, assisted with switch and router configuration, and supported troubleshooting of connectivity and infrastructure issues.
Security assessment
Conducted cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, log analysis and OT/ICS security compliance checks.
Firewall and IDS support
Supported deployment, configuration review and routine maintenance of firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
Operational documentation
Prepared technical reports, incident response drill plans, protection plans and onsite handling procedures.
