The setting
A food production facility in Wangara required IT and network infrastructure to support site operations. My role involved hands-on setup, device testing, troubleshooting and documentation during the setup and handover process.
My contribution
Site infrastructure setup
Supported rack layout, structured cabling, patch panels and site connectivity testing.
CCTV connectivity
Assisted with IP camera connectivity, IP addressing, NVR/DVR support and basic troubleshooting.
Device configuration and testing
Configured and tested network devices, workstations, access points and site equipment.
Troubleshooting and handover
Supported onsite issue resolution and prepared basic network documentation for the facility setup and handover.
